I've worked with Ivo on a few projects in the past several years, and I have seen his work on several others. I never cease to be impressed by his ability to seek out and implement a solution and to produce impress code in the process. Ivo works well as part of a team, but can also shine individually as he is self-motivated and requires little management. I would highly recommend Ivo for any challenging project which requires intelligence and insight to solve. Ivo is not your ordinary, average software developer.
